This project is a training Fellowship whereby the research fellow
receives training in the technologies required to conduct the work
outlined in the title and described in more detail in the project
entitled “Adaptation of Caenorhabditis elegans technology
to identification and expression of parasite target genes”.
This training is directed at technology transfer to the University
of Gent, Belgium with the aim of applying it to the development of
novel control methods for the major cattle nematode parasite Ostertagia
ostertagi.
